目的修订并发展学校领导行为问卷,使其适用于包括校长和中层负责人在内的学校领导的研究。方法通过学校领导对其自身行为的感知进行调查,实际回收76所中学的有效样本408份;运用探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、项目区分度检验、内部一致性信度检验、折半信度检验、效度检验等统计方法对量表进行修订。结果修订后的学校领导行为问卷的内部一致性信度和折半信度分别为0.8715和0.9184;学校领导情境问卷的分别为0.8233和0.9238;两问卷也具有较好的结构效度和项目区分度。
Purpose To revise and develop a questionnaire on leadership behavior in schools so that it can be applied to the study of school leaders, including principals and middle managers. Methods Through the investigation of the school leaders’ perception of their own behavior, 408 valid samples of 76 middle schools were actually collected. Using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, item discrimination test, internal consistency reliability test, Test, validity test and other statistical methods to revise the scale. Results The revised questionnaire of school leadership behavior reliability and reliability were 0.8715 and 0.9184 respectively; the questionnaire of school leadership situation was 0.8233 and 0.9238 respectively; and the two questionnaires also had good structural validity and project discrimination.
