口型板是轮胎企业复合压延工序最重要的工装,其安装正确与否以及安装质量的好坏,直接关系到轮胎的质量均一性。而轮胎是安全产品,控制口型板提高是轮胎产品质量的重要环节。口型板样式多样,很多外形相差很小,如何有效地辨别并精确控制是企业面临的问题。本文提出利用射频识别(RFID)技术,通过在口型板中嵌入无源无线的RFID芯片,更换规格时进行自动识别控制,从而有效避免了信息错误的问题。杜绝了口型板更换错误现象,取得了显著的经济效益。
Orifice plate is the most important tooling for tire compound rolling process. Whether it is installed correctly or not and the quality of installation is directly related to the quality uniformity of the tire. The tire is a safety product, the control panel to improve the quality of the tire is an important part of the product. Dacron style varied, many small differences in appearance, how to effectively identify and control is the business problems. In this paper, the use of radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, through the mouth plate embedded wireless RFID chips, automatic replacement of the specifications to identify control, thus effectively avoiding the problem of information error. Eliminate the wrong mouth plate replacement, achieved significant economic benefits.
