目的调查分析特殊教育学校学生的牙周健康状况。方法 2010年1—3月从江西省吉安市特殊教育学校中选择3所学校,根据年级分层抽取不同班级,再从各班级中随机抽样7~18岁学生共157名;同时从该市普通中小学中采用同种抽样方法抽取112名学生为对照。采用视诊和探诊相结合方法检查全口牙周,检查的内容包括牙周健康状况、牙结石、牙龈出血、牙周袋和牙周附着丧失,并对两组学生的牙周检查情况进行对比。结果特殊教育学校学生牙结石检出率、牙龈出血检出率、牙周袋检出率和附着丧失检出率均高于普通学校(P<0.05)。结论特殊教育学校学生口腔卫生状况较差,应得到更多的关心和重视。
Objective To investigate the periodontal health of students in special education schools. Methods From January to March 2010, three schools were selected from the special education schools in Ji’an City, Jiangxi Province. Different classes were selected according to their grades. 157 students aged 7-18 years were randomly selected from each class. At the same time, Primary and secondary schools using the same sampling method for 112 students as a control. Periodontal examination was performed by a combination of visual inspection and probing. The examination included periodontal health, dental calculus, gum bleeding, periodontal pocket and periodontal attachment loss. Periodontal examinations were performed on both groups of students Compared. Results The detection rate of dental calculus, the rate of gum bleeding, the detection rate of periodontal pockets and the rate of attachment loss in special education school were higher than those in normal school (P <0.05). Conclusion Special education school students have poor oral hygiene status and deserve more attention and attention.
