裂纹扩展量是测定裂纹扩展速率的重要参数。裂纹扩展速率是估算产品寿命的依据之一。目前,测定裂纹扩展量常用的设备有放大镜、架式显微镜、高速摄影仪等。但是,前者测定的精度低,后两种方法操作麻烦。为解决这个问题,三二○厂自制了一台测定裂纹扩展量装置(见附图)。该装置由读数显微镜、测量活动支架和支承板三部份组成。结构简单,使用方便,精度较高。
Crack propagation is an important parameter for measuring crack propagation rate. Crack propagation rate is one of the bases for estimating product life. At present, the commonly used equipment for measuring the crack growth is a magnifying glass, a rack-mounted microscope, a high-speed camera and the like. However, the former has low accuracy and the latter two methods are troublesome to operate. In order to solve this problem, two hundred and twenty-one factory made a measure crack extension device (see photo). The device consists of a reading microscope, movable measuring stand and support plate composed of three parts. Simple structure, easy to use, high precision.
