目的观察高海拔(3480m)地区大鼠30%TBSAⅢ度烧伤后肾脏损害的程度,探讨使用复方红景天后对大鼠肾脏损伤的作用机制。方法104只Wistar大鼠随机分为红景天组、盐水组各48只及正常对照组8只。正常对照组大鼠不作烧伤和其它处理,红景天组烧伤前1周予大鼠胃内灌注复方红景天液4ml、2次/d,盐水组灌注等量等渗盐水,分别于烧伤后3、6、12、24、48和72h剖腹摘除肾脏作病理学检查。结果盐水组烧伤后3h肾小球及肾小管即发生严重损伤,以肾小球为著;烧伤后72h尚未恢复正常。红景天组则损伤较轻,烧伤后48~72h肾小球结构基本恢复正常。结论复方红景天对大鼠高原严重烧伤后早期肾损伤有明显的保护作用。
Objective To observe the degree of renal damage after 30% TBSA III degree burns in rats at high altitude (3480m) and to explore the mechanism of renal damage after compound Rhodiola. Methods One hundred and forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: rhodiola group, saline group, and normal control group. Rats in the normal control group were not subjected to burns and other treatments. Rats in the Rhodiola group were given intragastric administration of Rhodiola rosea 4 ml twice a day before burn, and the saline group was perfused with equal volume of isotonic saline, respectively. At 3, 6, 12, 24, 48, and 72h, the kidneys were removed by cesarean section for pathological examination. Results The glomerulus and renal tubules in the saline group were severely damaged at 3h after burn. The glomeruli were the most common, and they did not return to normal after 72h. In the Rhodiola group, the injury was mild, and the glomerular structure returned to normal after 48 to 72 hours after burn. Conclusion Compound Rhodiola rosea has obvious protective effect on early renal injury after severe burns at high altitude in rats.
