目前对热管式换热器的研究大都是基于能量守恒定律,从传热学角度研究其传热性能,从热力学能量利用角度进行的研究相当少。本文以热力学第二定律为基础,用(火用)参数对气—气、气—水组合型热管式换热器进行了(火用)优化分析。提出了冷、热流体参数的优化选择方案,并且从热力学观点研究了这种类型换热器的工作效率。此外,本文也为换热器的(火用)分析提供了一个可行的研究方法。
At present, the research on the heat pipe heat exchanger is mostly based on the law of conservation of energy, and its heat transfer performance is studied from the heat transfer perspective. There are quite a few studies from the perspective of thermodynamic energy utilization. In this paper, based on the second law of thermodynamics, the exergy optimization of the gas-gas and gas-water heat exchanger is carried out by exergy parameters. The optimal selection scheme of the parameters of cold and hot fluid is proposed, and the working efficiency of this type of heat exchanger is studied from the thermodynamic point of view. In addition, this paper also provides a feasible research method for exergy analysis of heat exchanger.
