急性小脑性共济失调(Acute cerebeuar ataxia)可见于任何年龄,但大多发病于小儿期.是一组以急性平衡和共济障碍、语言失调、震颤等小脑损害为主要表现的临床综合征.现就我院近年来收治的19例报告如下.1 临床资料1.1 性别与年龄:本组19例中男13例,女6例.年龄9个月~14岁,1~3岁年龄组居多(10例).1.2 临床特点;(1)前驱症状:本组12例有不同表现的前驱症状,其中发热及上呼吸道感染10例(其前驱期3~7天5例,8~19天2例,20~30天3例,平均12.6天).其它较少见的前驱症状尚有腹泻、腮腺肿大及四肢肌痛等.(2)发疹性疾病与疫苗接种史:本组有发病前1个月乙脑疫苗接种史1例,发病前半月水痘病史1例.(3)首发症状:行走、坐立不稳或不能11例,头部或肢体震颤4例,发热3例,双下肢无力2例,嗜睡、头晕、频吐、语言不清及抽搐等各1例.(4)主要临床症状和体征:①平衡障碍和共济失调:全组病例均有不同程度的平衡及共济障碍,以躯干的平衡障碍为突出如站立或坐位摇摆或不能自行站、坐,走路不稳呈酒醉样,或完全不能行走;竖头困难,抬头时常可左右摆动或呈垂头状等等.肢体共济失调为持物不稳,意向性动作时摆动不准、

There are other less common prodromal symptoms of diarrhea, parotid gland swelling and limb muscle pain, etc. (2) eruption disease and vaccination history: the group before onset 1 1 case of Japanese encephalitis vaccination, 1 case of varicella in the first half of the morbidity.
