目的探讨核转录因子Spl在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)组织中的表达特征和临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学PV-6000法,检测63例BTCC、21例膀胱乳头状瘤和13例正常黏膜组织中Spl的表达。结果 Spl在膀胱癌组织中的阳性表达率为68.3%(43/63),明显高于其在膀胱乳头状瘤(5/21,23.8%)和正常膀胱黏膜(1/13,7.7%)的阳性表达率(P<0.05),且Spl蛋白的表达与BTCC的病理分级和浸润深度密切相关。结论转录因子Spl在膀胱癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,检测其表达对于评估BTCC的预后有较高价值。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of nuclear transcription factor Spl in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC). Methods The expression of Sp1 in 63 cases of BTCC, 21 cases of bladder papilloma and 13 cases of normal mucosa was detected by immunohistochemistry PV-6000 method. Results The positive expression rate of Sp1 in bladder cancer was 68.3% (43/63), which was significantly higher than that in bladder papilloma (5 / 21,23.8%) and normal bladder mucosa (1 / 13,7.7%) (P <0.05), and the expression of Spl protein was closely related to the pathological grade and infiltration depth of BTCC. Conclusion The transcription factor Sp1 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of bladder cancer. Detection of its expression is of great value in assessing the prognosis of BTCC.
