课堂是学生获得专业知识、锻炼自身能力的主要阵地,建构高效课堂是保证学生提高知识水平和培养专业素质的有效手段。要构建初中数学高效课堂,就需要改变传统的教育模式,更新教育观念和教法,以学生为本,敢于创新。在此,笔者就初中数学高效课堂的构建作了一定思考。一、制定适合学生实际的教学目标新课标针对学生不同年龄段的身心特点,对不同学段的教学目标作出了科学而具体的规定。(1)了解学生个性。大多数的学生在学习中希望得到老师的夸奖,因此,经常开展一些小型竞赛活动,可激发其 Classroom is the main position for students to gain professional knowledge and exercise their own abilities. To build a mathematics efficient classroom for junior high schools, it is necessary to change the traditional education model, update educational concepts and teaching methods, take students as the foundation, and dare to innovate. Here, the author made some reflections on the construction of the junior high school mathematics efficient classroom. First, develop a teaching target that suits students’ actual goals. The new curriculum standard aims at the physical and mental characteristics of students at different age groups, and makes scientific and specific provisions for the teaching objectives of different school segments. (1) Understand student personality. Most students want to receive praise from teachers during their studies. Therefore, they often carry out some small-scale competition activities that can inspire them.
