以本室构建的双价痢疾候选疫苗株FS5416 作为口服免疫原,检测了小鼠PP 结(Peyer ,s patches) 中T 淋巴细胞的体外增殖反应, 观察了腹腔注射抗L3T4 m Ab 对小鼠肠粘膜部位产生特异性Ig 分泌细胞的影响。结果表明:①小鼠口服免疫后,PP 结中的CD4 + T 细胞可产生明显的特异性增殖反应:②选择性地删除CD4 + T 细胞后,小鼠肠粘膜无抗原特异性Ig 分泌细胞产生。以上提示,小鼠肠粘膜对痢疾疫苗的免疫应答需要CD4 + T 细胞的参与。
In this study, the bivalent dysentery vaccine strain FS5416 was used as an oral immunogen to detect the in vitro proliferative response of T lymphocytes in mice PP (Peyer, s patches). The effects of intraperitoneal injection of anti-L3T4 m Ab on small Effect of Specific Ig Secreted Cells in Rat Mucosal Mucosa. The results showed that: (1) CD4 + T cells in PP knots could produce specific and specific proliferative responses after mice were orally immunized: (2) After selective deletion of CD4 + T cells, there was no antigen-specific Ig secreting cells in mouse intestinal mucosa . The above suggests that mouse intestinal mucosa immune response to diarrhea vaccine requires the involvement of CD4 + T cells.
