目的:观察国产氧氟沙星滴耳液体内外抗菌活性。方法:挑选临床分离致病菌,用二倍稀释法观察国产氧氟沙星滴耳液体外抗菌活性。行经耳道前鼓室切开术,用金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌经耳感染制备兔急性中耳炎模型,观察国产氧氟沙星滴耳液体内抗菌活性,并与日本产泰利必妥(Tarivid)滴耳液作对比。结果:该药对13种105株革兰阳性和阴性菌均有显著抗菌作用,其MIC50平均值为039μg/ml,MIC90平均值为051μg/ml。对金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌所致的兔急性中耳炎的有效率为100%,与对照组比差异显著(P<001)。氧氟沙星小鼠尾静脉注射LD50为2154mg/kg。结论:氧氟沙星滴耳液抗菌谱广,抗菌活性强。
Objective: To observe the antibacterial activity of domestic ofloxacin ear drops in vitro and in vivo. Methods: The clinical isolates were selected and the in vitro antibacterial activity of domestic ofloxacin ear drops was observed by double dilution method. Anterior tympanotomy was performed through the ear canal. Acute otitis media was induced in rabbits by auricular infection of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The antibacterial activity of domestic ofloxacin ear drops was observed. Tarivid (Tarivid) Ear drops for comparison. Results: The drug showed significant antibacterial activity against 13 kinds of 105 Gram-positive and -negative bacteria. The average MIC50 was 039μg / ml and the average MIC90 was 051μg / ml. The effective rate of acute otitis media in rabbits caused by Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 100%, which was significantly different from the control group (P <001). Ofloxacin mice tail vein injection of LD50 215 4mg / kg. Conclusion: Ofloxacin ear drops antibacterial spectrum wide, strong antibacterial activity.
