我国经济的迅猛发展带来了许多问题,如资源浪费,就业压力,环境恶化等。2008年的三聚氰胺事件、同年汶川地震时万科王石的“捐款门”事件都造成了极其恶劣的社会影响,公众在消费企业提供的产品和服务的同时,也对企业承担社会责任寄予了厚望。这也意味着公众对社会责任信息的需求也逐渐增长。那么企业的社会责任信息(简称CSR)的发布能否引起资本市场的相应反应?
