合成了环己氧基硼酸钙、异辛氧基硼酸钙和十二烷氧基硼酸钙三种烷氧基硼酸钙添加剂 ,利用四球试验机和HQ 1型摩擦磨损试验机评价了它们的抗磨减摩性能 ;采用 X 射线光电子能谱仪 (XPS)分析了磨斑表面主要元素的组成和价态。结果表明 ,在润滑油基础油HVI 50 0中加入1 %~ 3%的烷氧基硼酸钙后 ,PB 值比基础油HVI 50 0的PB 值提高了 50 %左右 ,而 40 0N负荷下的摩擦系数则均有不同程度的减小。因此 ,烷氧基硼酸钙具有良好的抗磨减摩性能 ,其作用机理是这些添加剂在摩擦过程中形成了B2 O3并进一步与基体铁反应 ,从而起到抗磨减摩作用。
Three calcium alkoxyboronate additives, calcium cyclohexylborate, isooctyloxyboronate and calcium dodecoxyborate, were synthesized and evaluated for their abrasion resistance using a four-ball tester and a HQ 1 type friction and wear tester The antifriction properties were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The composition and valence of the main elements on the surface of the wear scar were analyzed. The results showed that the PB value of HVI 50 0 was increased by about 50% compared with the base oil HVI 50 0 after the addition of 1% ~ 3% calcium alkoxy borate to the lubricating base oil HVI 50 0, while the friction under 40 0 N load Coefficients are reduced to varying degrees. Therefore, calcium alkoxyborate has a good anti-wear and anti-friction properties, and its mechanism is that these additives form B2 O3 during the friction process and further react with the matrix iron, thereby playing an anti-wear and anti-friction effect.
