一、前言冷锻模具的破坏以及破坏前的过程、破坏的形式都极其复杂,即使用同样的生产条件进行冷锻加工,模具到达破坏前的加工次数、破坏形式都有明显的变化。图1为山田先生所提供的冲头破坏形式的分类,图2为北岛先生所提供的凹模破坏形式的分类。根据图1、图2,冷锻模具破坏或者破损的形式大致可分成以下三种: ⅰ) 由疲劳引起的破坏; ⅱ) 由磨损、热粘接引起的破坏;
First, the foreword Cold forging die destruction and destruction of the process before the form of destruction are extremely complex, even with the same production conditions for cold forging processing, the mold reaches the destruction before the number of processing, damage forms have obvious changes. Figure 1 shows the classification of the punch damage provided by Mr. Yamada, and Figure 2 shows the classification of the die failure provided by Mr. Kitashima. According to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the form of fracture or breakage of the cold forging die can be roughly classified into the following three types: i) damage caused by fatigue; ii) damage caused by wear and thermal bonding;
