本文以油酸铵、聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)为分散剂有效分散了氮化硼纳米管(BNNTs)。研究了表面活性剂浓度,pH值以及超声时间对BNNTs分散效果的影响;采用pH值测试仪,Zeta电位仪,傅里叶红外光谱仪,扫描电镜,透射电镜等手段对分散后的BNNTs进行了表征。结果表明:PEI比油酸铵的分散效果更佳,PEI和油酸铵最佳使用量分别为1.5%和3%,最佳pH值范围分别为3~7和8~9,最佳超声时间分别为0.5h和1h。PEI分散BNNTs的机理为静电稳定和空间位阻稳定机理,油酸铵分散BNNTs的机理仅有静电稳定机理。
In this paper, boron nitride nanotubes (BNNTs) are effectively dispersed with ammonium oleate and polyethyleneimine (PEI) as dispersants. The effects of surfactant concentration, pH value and ultrasonic time on the dispersion of BNNTs were investigated. The dispersed BNNTs were characterized by means of pH tester, Zeta potential meter, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. . The results showed that the dispersion of PEI was better than that of ammonium oleate. The best use rates of PEI and ammonium oleate were 1.5% and 3%, respectively. The optimal pH range was 3 ~ 7 and 8 ~ 9, respectively. The best ultrasonic time Respectively 0.5h and 1h. The mechanism of dispersion of BNNTs by PEI is the mechanism of electrostatic stability and steric hysteresis stability.
