我们煤矿安全管理的基本原则是管理、装备、培训三头并重，其中培训是源头，只有培训出高素质的人才，才能用好高技术的装备，才能有高水平的管理，我们的煤矿企业在实际操作中应该把培训作为提高安全管理水平的手段重视起来，不断加大投入，以此来推动企业安全有效的发展。
