目的 研究振动法缓解正畸治疗儿童患者复诊加力后疼痛的有效程度,为临床提供参考.方法 选取在首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院口腔正畸科就诊的儿童患者40例,随机分为两组,一组为对照组,一组使用Accele Dent系统来缓解正畸复诊加力后疼痛.使用目测类比评分法记录复诊加力4、24、72 h,第7d的疼痛程度,比较两组之间的差异.结果 两组相比,在复诊加力4、24、72 h,差异均有显著性意义(P<o.05),在复诊加力第7d,差异没有显著性意义(P>0.05).结论 振动法作为一种非药物,无创伤的缓解正畸加力后疼痛的治疗方法,简便有效,值得推广.“,”Objective To study the vibratory stimulation as a method to relief the pain of children patients after orthodontic force applying.Methods A total of 40 non-extraction children patients,including 18 boys and 22 girls,aging 10-18 years,accepting orthodontic treatment were surveyed with questionnaire to record the degree of pain within the first 7 days after orthodontic force applying.One group was control group,and the other group was instructed to use Accele Dent system to relief pain.Results There was significant difference in tolerance between the two groups of children patients 4h,24h and 72h after orthodontic force applying (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in tolerance between the two groups of children patients 7 days after orthodontic force applying (P>0.05).Conclusions As a kind of non-pharmacological and non-invasive method of relieving post-orthodontic adjustment pain,vibratory stimulation is effective and preferred.
