目的探讨全程健康教育模式在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选择糖尿病患者76例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组38例。对照组接受常规健康教育模式,研究组接受全程健康教育模式。比较两组的血糖水平、对糖尿病知识掌握程度、自我管理状况及对护理的满意度。采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果研究组空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组糖尿病知识掌握程度优良率(89.47%)和自我管理状况优良率(91.11%)均明显高于对照组(68.42%、71.05%),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组护理满意度97.37%高于照组76.32%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对糖尿病患者施行全程健康教育模式护理,能够有效降低患者的血糖水平,且患者自我管理能力、糖尿病知识掌握程度及对护理的满意度明显提高。
Objective To explore the effect of full health education in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 76 cases of diabetic patients were randomly divided into control group and study group, 38 cases in each group. The control group received conventional health education mode, and the research group received the full health education mode. Compare the two groups of blood glucose levels, knowledge of diabetes knowledge, self-management and satisfaction with nursing. SPSS13.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. Results The fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2-h postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05). The excellent and good rate of knowledge of diabetes (89.47%) and excellent self-management rate (91.11% ) Were significantly higher than the control group (68.42%, 71.05%), the difference was statistically significant (all P <0.05); nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.37% higher than 76.32% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P <0.05 . Conclusion The implementation of full health education for diabetes patients can effectively reduce the level of blood glucose in patients with self-management ability, knowledge of diabetes and the degree of satisfaction with nursing significantly improved.
