Objective To study the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and sputum related inflammatory cytokines in children with laryngitis. Methods Fifty children with laryngitis were selected as the observation group and 50 healthy children of the same age as the control group. T lymphocyte subsets (CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 / CD8) and erythrocytes (ATER, DTER, ETER, FEER, FEIR) and sputum inflammatory cytokines (IL-5, IL-8, IL-10, CRP and TNF-α) were measured and compared to mild, moderate and severe laryngitis Children above the level of detection indicators. Results The levels of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 / CD8 T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05) and CD8 + T cells of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The levels of ATER, DTER, ETER and FEER in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) and FEIR was higher in the observation group (P <0.05). The levels of sputum-related inflammatory cytokines in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group <0.05). The levels of T lymphocyte subsets and erythrocyte immunity in children with severe laryngitis were significantly lower than those in mild to moderate children (P <0.05). The distribution of lymphocyte subsets in children with moderate severe laryngeal inflammation was worse than that in mild children (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The sputum-related inflammatory cytokines in severe children were higher than those in mild to moderate children (P <0.05). The levels of sputum-related inflammatory cytokines in moderate children were higher than those in mild children (P <0.05). Conclusion The laryngitis children with relatively poor overall immune status, sputum-related inflammatory cytokines showed a higher status, the clinical test value is relatively high.
