分析了当前客运产品设计存在的问题,通过引入CS战略的相关理念,从旅客运输需求出发,提出了一种令旅客满意并与市场联系紧密的客运产品设计方法,对实现铁路运输企业与旅客的“双赢”具有积极意义,并论述了这一方法在济南铁路局第5次提速调图中取得的成果.
This paper analyzes the existing problems of passenger product design. By introducing the related concepts of CS strategy, this paper proposes a passenger product design method that satisfies the needs of passengers and connects with the market, “Win-win” is of positive significance and discusses the achievements made by this method in the 5th speed-up plan of Jinan Railway Bureau.
