PWC 510WG型高温高速疲劳试验机在工作时油箱伴有振动、噪音和较为严重的漏油现象。为此我们对油箱作了改进。原油箱外形为扁长方形、安装于试验机下部右侧壁上,其容量约为8公升。油箱的总重量偏于右侧,造成重力不平衡,当试验机开始工作时,易发生振动。用φ14毫米紫铜管连接油泵的进油口与油箱的出油口,在试验机正常运行时,油泵的电动机振动,并通过紫铜管传递,发出噪音,特别在油泵的进油口和出油口接头处噪音较大。油泵的主轴部位存在一定的轴孔间隙度,即使试验机不运行时,油也会不断地从油泵的轴孔间隙内渗漏出来,日子一久,漏油现象就显得严重。
