观察７８例肺部绿脓杆菌感染病人的药物敏感试验与临床疗效，药敏结果显示绿脓杆菌对氧哌嗪青霉素、氟嗪酸和头孢噻甲羧肟有良好的敏感性分别为５４％、５０％、７７％，但选择其中一种敏感的药物进行为期７天的治疗效果却不满意，痰菌阴转率分别３５．７％、５０．０％和５２．４％。考虑为体内外环境不同导致细菌在体内外对药物的敏感性的差异。
The drug susceptibility test and clinical efficacy of 78 patients with Pseudomonas aeruginosa pulmonary infection were observed. The drug susceptibility results showed that Pseudomonas aeruginosa had good sensitivity to penaprazine, flurazin and ceftazidime respectively 54% 50% and 77%, respectively. However, the treatment effect of seven days was not satisfied when one of the sensitive drugs was selected. The sputum negative conversion rates were 35.7%, 50.0% and 52.4% respectively. Consider differences in the sensitivity of the bacteria to drugs in vitro and in vivo for different in vitro and in vivo conditions.
