用PVA、纤维素等材料将从土壤中分离得到的一株好氧乙醇菌包埋,制备的微生物膜与极谱型氧电极结合,制成乙醇微生物电极,其线性范围为 0.3~12.0 mg/L,响应时间小于5min,测定的最适宜PH为6.4~7.3,电极连续使用三个月信号基本稳定。用该电极测定啤酒等样品的结果与气相色谱法具有可比性。
