检察机关如何行使对自行侦查案件的监督权,在理论和实践中都备受关注。对司法实践中自侦案件的监督机制进行研究,并从理论层面提出改革方案,这是检察实践需要解决的重要课题之一。本文以目前检察机关自侦案件的监督现状及不足为切入点,分析问题的成因并予以规范与完善。 How prosecutors exercise their power to supervise cases on their own is of great concern both in theory and in practice. Researching on the supervision mechanism of self-investigation cases in judicial practice and proposing the reform plan from the theoretical level are one of the important topics to be solved in procuratorial practice. In this paper, the current prosecutorial agencies self-detection of the current situation and inadequate supervision as an entry point to analyze the causes of the problem and to be standardized and improved.
