针对高锰钢堆焊及补焊,设计、试制了EDMn - A- 16 高锰钢堆焊焊条,并且对焊条的工艺性能及使用性能进行了测试研究。该焊条采用CaO—CaF2 —SiO2 碱性低氢型渣系,具有熔渣氧化性低,熔敷金属的硫、磷含量低,含氢量也很低等优点。测试结果表明:焊条的工艺性能良好,工艺适应性强,熔敷金属抗热裂性好,加工硬化后硬度是原来的三倍多,加工硬化效果显著,耐磨性好
Aiming at the welding and repairing welding of high manganese steel, the EDMn - A - 16 high manganese steel surfacing electrode was designed and manufactured, and the testing technology and performance of the electrode were tested. The electrode adopts CaO-CaF2-SiO2 basic low-hydrogen slag system, has the advantages of low oxidizability of slag, sulfur deposited metal, low phosphorus content and low hydrogen content. The test results show that: the electrode has good process performance, strong adaptability to technology, good thermal cracking resistance of the deposited metal, more than three times the hardness after work-hardening, remarkable work-hardening effect and good wear resistance
