我们用不同剂量的纤维粘连蛋白(Fibronectin,Fn)和层粘连蛋白(Laminin,Ln)作用于培养的血管平滑肌细胞(VSMCs)观察VSMCs的生长和分裂情况,发现Fn和Ln均能促进VSMCS的生长和分裂,Fn的这种作用在40μg以下呈剂量依赖性,Ln则在24μg以下呈剂量依赖性,当细胞数达到最大后,Fn和Ln的促进作用均逐步减弱。
We observed the growth and division of VSMCs by using different doses of Fibronectin (Fn) and Laminin (Ln) on cultured vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs). We found that both Fn and Ln can promote the growth of VSMCs This effect of Fn was dose-dependent at a dose of 40μg and Ln was dose-dependent at a dose of 24μg. When the cell number reached the maximum, the promotion effect of Fn and Ln was gradually weakened.
