对再结晶区不同的变形量对含0.045%Nb钢板性能的影响进行了研究,结果表明:在950~1050℃区间内,含0.045%Nb钢随再结晶区内变形量的增大,钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度均呈上升趋势;受再结晶区变形量变化的影响,含0.045%Nb钢获得全贝氏体的最小变形量不得小于72mm;含0.045%Nb钢通过加大再结晶区的变形量,有利于强度的提高,同时有利于快速冷却后的贝氏体转变。
The effects of different deformations on the properties of 0.045% Nb steel were studied. The results show that with the increase of the deformation in the recrystallization zone, the content of 0.045% Nb steel in the range of 950 ~ 1050 ℃, Yield strength and tensile strength both showed an upward trend. Due to the influence of the deformation of the recrystallization zone, the minimum deformation of the whole bainite containing 0.045% Nb steel should not be less than 72mm. The recrystallization zone containing 0.045% Of the deformation, is conducive to the improvement of strength, at the same time conducive to rapid cooling of the bainite transformation.
