雕塑往往陈列于美术展览的殿堂,其高雅其森森然令人望而生畏,这时的城市是没有城市雕塑这个文化灵魂和亮点的。在我国经历了文化的倾覆与重建后,城市如爆裂般地巨变,各类雕塑立于城市各地,改变了城市的符号语言,进入了大众的视野与生活。而我们的传统雕塑往往局限于宗教,“文革”中“三突出”“高大全”雕塑则是当时政治的需要而与城市文化无关,只有现代雕塑如此贴近人们的生活。
The sculptures are often displayed in the halls of fine arts exhibitions. The elegance of the sculptures is daunting. At this time, the city is without the cultural soul and highlights of urban sculpture. After our country experienced the overthrow and reconstruction of culture, cities such as the drastic change in the burst, all kinds of sculpture stand all over the city, changing the symbolic language of the city, entered the public’s vision and life. Our traditional sculptures are often confined to religion. The “three prominent” and “tall” sculptures of the “Cultural Revolution” were the political needs at that time and had nothing to do with urban culture. Only modern sculptures are so close to people’s lives.
