目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血清载脂蛋白M(apoM)水平与瘦素(Leptin)和血脂的关系。方法根据冠状动脉造影结果,将120例受试者分为CHD组(73例)和对照组(47例),应用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测受试者血清apoM和Leptin水平。分析apoM与Leptin、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白AI、载脂蛋白B、脂蛋白a[LP(a)]的相关性。结果73例CHD患者apoM的水平为(10.12±1.79)ug/ml,明显低于健康对照者(11.69±2.02)ug/ml(P<0.01);apoM与Leptin、HDL-C呈正相关(P均<0.01),与LDL-C、LP(a)呈负相关(P均<0.05)。多元逐步回归显示apoM与Leptin的关系最密切。结论apoM可能参与CHD的形成与发展,是抑制动脉粥样硬化的保护性因子。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum apolipoprotein (apoM) and leptin and blood lipids in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods According to coronary angiography results, 120 subjects were divided into CHD group (73 cases) and control group (47 cases). Serum apoM and Leptin levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The levels of apoM and leptin, triglycerides, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein AI, apolipoprotein B, a)]. Results The level of apoM in 73 CHD patients was (10.12 ± 1.79) ug / ml, significantly lower than that of healthy controls (11.69 ± 2.02) ug / ml (P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between apoM and Leptin and HDL- <0.01), but negatively correlated with LDL-C and LP (a) (all P <0.05). Multiple stepwise regression showed that apoM was most closely related to Leptin. Conclusion apoM may be involved in the formation and development of CHD and is a protective factor against atherosclerosis.
