本文探索了新型常温Tc的磁性材料,对其基本磁性和磁热效应进行了测试分析。以Co替代部分Fe的La(Fe_(0.78-x)CoxAl_(0.27)_(1a)系列随X增加其Tc增加,Ms,△S_Mmax基本呈下降趋势;以Co替代部分Al的La(Fe_(0.78)CoxA1_(0.27-x)18系列随X增加Tc、Ms、△S_(Mmax)线性增长°为进一步提高Ms,△S_(Mmax)提出以Ni取代Al的设想,考虑到材料低成本、耐腐蚀、涡流损耗小、磁滞损耗小的特点,若热传导性能得到改善,则作为常温磁致冷材料有潜在的可能性。
This paper explores a new type of Tc magnetic material at room temperature, its basic magnetic and magnetocaloric effect were tested and analyzed. The Tc of La (Fe_ (0.78-x) CoxAl_ (0.27) _ (1a) series with Co instead of Fe partially decreased with the increase of X, while Ms and △ S_Mmax tended to decrease with the substitution of Co for part of La ) CoxA1_ (0.27-x) 18 series increases linearly with increasing Tc, Ms and △ S_ (Mmax) with X. In order to further improve Ms, △ S_ (Mmax) proposes to replace Al with Ni. Considering the low cost and corrosion resistance , Low eddy current loss and small hysteresis loss. If the thermal conductivity is improved, there is a potential possibility as a magnetocaloric material at room temperature.
