顶推施工存在节约施工用地、减少高空作业、不中断下方通车及通航等诸多优点,特别适用于跨既有铁路、高速公路、繁忙航道、高山峡谷等条件下的桥梁施工。在顶推施工中,临时墩(串联桁架)、滑道梁和导梁为主要的大型临时受力结构,其可靠性是顶推施工成败的关键,以云南嵩明~昆明高速公路第3合同段杨林东特大桥上跨沪昆铁路桥为实例,介绍箱梁顶推施工中临时墩、滑道梁、导梁等大型临时结构的设计与施工。
Thrusting construction has many advantages such as saving construction land, reducing height work, and uninterrupted opening traffic and navigating below. It is especially suitable for bridge construction under existing railways, highways, busy waterways and alpine valleys. In the jacking construction, the temporary pier (tandem truss), the slideway beam and the guide beam are the major large-scale temporary load-bearing structures. The reliability is the key to the success or failure of the jacking construction. Taking the contract No. 3 from Yunnan Songming to Kunming Expressway The section of Yangling-Dongtej bridge over Shanghai-Kunming Railway Bridge is taken as an example to introduce the design and construction of large-scale temporary structures such as temporary pier, slideway beam and guide beam during the construction of box girder.
