经济全球化和跨国公司是当今世界的两大经济现象．本文通过对经济全球化和跨国公司的研究，认为①经济全球化和跨国公司之间存在着相互作用的双重互动机制；②双重互动机制是导致世界城市空间格局发生变化的主要原因之一；③双重互动机制对上海城市发展产生了巨大的积极影响。
Economic globalization and transnational corporations are two major economic phenomena in today’s world. Through the study of economic globalization and multinational corporations, this paper argues that ① the dual interaction mechanism between economic globalization and multinational corporations exists; ② the dual interaction mechanism is one of the main reasons leading to the change of spatial pattern of world cities; ③ The dual interactive mechanism has had a huge positive impact on Shanghai’s urban development.
