为了获得均匀的温度场、合适的固相分数和理想的固相形貌,对高碳钢棒料进行了重熔加热实验,以便探索出二次感应加热的理想工艺。利用自制的感应加热装置对100Cr6高碳钢进行了不同的感应加热工艺实验。工艺因加热功率和加热时间的调整而不同。观察了不同感应加热工艺下重熔加热100Cr6高碳钢棒料的状态变化。通过加热工艺的调整使坯料中心和表面的温差尽量小,制备出了具有一定液相分数的半固态浆料,获得了理想的高碳钢感应加热工艺。
In order to obtain uniform temperature field, suitable solid fraction and ideal solid phase topography, the remelting heating experiment of high carbon steel bar was conducted in order to explore the ideal process of second induction heating. The induction heating process of 100Cr6 high carbon steel was carried out by using self-made induction heating equipment. Process due to heating power and heating time to adjust the different. The state changes of 100Cr6 high carbon steel bar remelted under different induction heating processes were observed. By adjusting the heating process, the temperature difference between the center and the surface of the billet is kept as small as possible, a semi-solid slurry with a certain liquid fraction is prepared, and an ideal high-carbon induction heating process is obtained.
