目的与方法 :应用免疫组化法检测碳酸锂 (Li2 CO3 )对抗黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)诱导Wistar大鼠肝癌过程中增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达及意义。结果 :PCNA在诱癌早期 (实验第 6周 )即有表达 ,第 9、10周显著升高 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。阳性对照组 (B组 )PCNA阳性率最高 ,碳酸锂同时给药组 (C组 )及先期给药组 (D组 )阳性率显著降低 ,C组阳性率略高于D组。结论 :碳酸锂明显对抗AFB1诱导肝癌过程中PCNA的表达 ,通过抑制细胞增殖从而起到抗癌作用 ;PCNA的免疫组化检查有助于肿瘤的早期发现和追踪观察。
PURPOSE AND METHODS: The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in the process of hepatocarcinogenesis induced by aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) and its significance was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: PCNA was expressed in the early stage of cancer induction (the sixth week of experiment), and significantly increased at the 9th and 10th weeks (P <0.01). The positive rate of PCNA in the positive control group (group B) was the highest, the positive rate of PCNA in the lithium carbonate simultaneous administration group (C group) and the early administration group (group D) was significantly lower, and the positive rate in group C was slightly higher than that in group D. CONCLUSION: Lithium carbonate can obviously antagonize the expression of PCNA during the process of hepatocellular carcinoma induced by AFB1 and play an anti-cancer role by inhibiting cell proliferation. The immunohistochemical examination of PCNA is helpful for the early detection and follow-up of tumors.
