随着水电站筑坝技术的发展,4.5m×3.0m悬臂大模板得到了广泛应用。笔者通过模板设计计算,分析影响模板设计的各种因素,提出了在进行模板设计时,模板所承受的侧压力和配套锚具不是一成不变的观点。原因是随着大坝上升、混凝土浇筑速度提高,模板承受的侧压力将加大,安全余度减小。因此,需要对模板承受的侧压力和锚具进行验算,以保证模板的安全。
With the development of hydropower dam construction technology, the large 4.5 m × 3.0 m cantilever template has been widely used. The author through the template design and calculation, analysis of various factors that affect the template design, put forward in the template design, the template withstand the side pressure and ancillary anchors are not static view. The reason is that as the dam goes up and the pouring speed of concrete increases, the lateral pressure on the formwork will increase and the safety margin will decrease. Therefore, the side of the template needs to withstand the pressure and the anchor checking to ensure the safety of the template.
