一、“系统培训”——常用、基础类项目各地教育局、教研室等部门可以定期对本地区体育教师的基本运动技能进行调研和摸底,及时发现教师群体存在的技能减退问题,开展对应的系统培训。比如:主管部门每年举办全体体育教师基本技能大赛,或利用寒暑假定期对全体体育教师进行基本技能水平测试,建议内容以一线教学应用为主,如:立定跳远、实心球、跳绳、长跑、三大球及武术等。对于测试成绩不过关的教师,进行统一的辅导和培训,经测试后仍不过关者,建议停聘或缓聘。这样,通过有效干预和系统培训,促使全体教师的基本技能保持在一个较高的水平,有效的保证体育教学质量。
