针对GH4169合金轧制棒材边缘存在扁长晶及因δ相形貌、分布不合格造成缺口持久敏感问题进行了深入的研究。研究结果表明:通过合理轧制工艺的控制,采用双排横列式轧机一火次轧制,可以得到边缘到中心均匀的组织,晶粒度细于7级,无缺口持久敏感的合格GH4169合金棒材。
Aiming at the existence of prolate crystals on the edge of GH4169 alloy rolling rod and the long-lasting and sensitive problem of the indentation due to the δ-phase morphology and distribution failure, The results show that: through the control of reasonable rolling process, the double-row tandem mill is used for first-fire rolling to get the edge-to-center uniform microstructure, the grain size is less than 7 grades, and the notch-free and long-lasting qualified GH4169 alloy rod material.
