明确成人高等教育学生的学习困难,是提高教育教学质量的重要前提。本研究以首都师范大学教育学院2011届专科起点本科(“专升本”)层次的业余学生为样本,采用问卷调查法和访谈法,旨在探讨成人高等教育业余学生学习的主要困难及影响因素。研究发现,成人业余学生参与学习的过程中,在生理健康、认知、意愿、教学、机构、家庭、工作和成本维度上都有不同程度的困难,其中工学矛盾、学习动机和学习能力,是成人业余学生学习困难的最主要原因,根据调查数据和访谈记录的综合分析,作者提出了一系列克服成人业余学生学习困难的策略性建议。
Clear learning difficulties for adult higher education students, is an important prerequisite to improve the quality of education and teaching. In this study, a sample of amateur students at the beginning of 2011 undergraduate education in Capital Normal University was used to investigate the main difficulties and influencing factors of amateur students in adult higher education . The study found that adult amateurs involved in learning process have different levels of difficulty in physical health, cognition, willingness, teaching, organization, family, work and cost dimensions, among which the contradiction between work and study, motivation for study and learning ability are According to the comprehensive analysis of the survey data and interview records, the author put forward a series of strategic suggestions to overcome the learning difficulties of adult amateurs.
