介绍多组大功率LED级联作为标准源使用时存在的主要问题,指出温度是影响LED光通量稳定性的主要原因。采用正向电压法测量结温并通过单片机温控系统将结温稳定在一定范围内的实验表明,结温对LED光辐射功率有直接影响,若保持结温恒定,光辐射功率将随电流增大线性增加。
This paper introduces the main problems in the use of multiple high power LED cascades as standard sources and points out that temperature is the main reason that affects the stability of LED luminous flux.
