由景枫教授等撰著的《中国治理文化研究》(中国社会科学出版社2012年版)一书对从古至今的中国社会治理理念和治理实践做了有益的探索,通读一过,觉得有以下几个方面值得肯定和推介。第一,提纲举要,揭出中国治理文化的核心特点。本书在对中国治理文化进行一般性概括之后,从“道德治理文化”、“法律治理文化”、“民间治理文化”勾画全篇,最后对中国治理文化的当代意义进行分析。中国社会的传统治理方式、渠道、手段多种多样。但就具有一定稳定性和延续性的文化层面而言,道德与法律是两个最重要的方面,早在“中国轴心文化”奠基的先秦时期,在如何治理国家的问题上,“刑德”问题就是核心问题。秦汉以后的古代社会,“刑德”问题又转化成“儒法关系”问题,二者在思想和实践方面长期斗争而又融通,成为中国治理思想和实践的骨干和支柱,抓住这两个问题就抓住了中国治 The book “Research on Chinese Governance Culture” (China Social Sciences Press, 2012 edition), edited by Professor Jing Feng, provides a useful exploration of the social governance concepts and practices in China since ancient times.
