C-ADS项目的注入器ⅡRFQ加速腔射频耦合器是为该四翼型常温射频四极场(RFQ)加速器专门设计的一种高功率耦合器件,其主要特点是采用碗状陶瓷窗结构及合理的生产工艺,很好地解决了耦合器传输阻抗匹配问题。该耦合器主要由内外导体、陶瓷窗、耦合环及多路水冷却回路组成,并在陶瓷窗内表面电镀氮化钛涂层以降低由于次级电子倍增效应所带来的发热,在相同频率和功率等级下结构更加紧凑,达到了C-ADS项目的四翼型腔体馈送120kW射频功率的目的。在2014年7月中旬实现了10mA、2.1 MeV束流的加速,为该项目的四翼型直线加速器出束提供了必要的硬件支持。该耦合器可为相近频率、类似功率等级的耦合器提供技术参考,并在国内的加速器领域具有一定的指导意义。
