为了探明农村肺部肿瘤患者的误诊原因,为早期诊治提供科学依据,我们于1993年3～7月开展了本次研究,现将有关结果报告如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 病例来源 46例确诊的肺部肿瘤病人,均系1993年在安徽医科大学附院呼吸内科住院患者。病人按照肿瘤诊断标准确诊。 1.2 病人的一般情况、误诊的原因 由问卷调查和常规资料系统以及文献法获得。
In order to ascertain the causes of misdiagnosis in rural lung cancer patients and provide scientific basis for early diagnosis and treatment, we conducted this study from March to July 1993. The results are reported below. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Sources of the cases 46 patients diagnosed with lung cancer were admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine, Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University in 1993. The patient was diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of the tumor. 1.2 The general conditions of the patient and the reasons for misdiagnosis were obtained from questionnaire surveys and routine data systems and literature methods.
