背诵是我国传统的学习语文的方法,是提高学生阅读和写作能力的重要手段。它对于我们在语文学习中积累知识、加深理解、锻炼记忆、丰富语言都具有十分重要的意义。“熟读唐诗三百首,不会吟诗也会吟”,的确是古人的经验之谈。中学语文“大纲”要求学生“熟读、背诵基本课文的一些篇或段”。我们应教育学生不要在“反对死记硬背”的口号下,图轻松丢掉背诵,也不要拿这口号抵制背诵。诚然,“死记硬背”是应反的,但可提倡“活记活背”,用“活记”达到“活背”的目的,
Recitation is the traditional method of learning Chinese and is an important means to improve students’ reading and writing skills.
