根据相关标准,阐述了厨房设备灭火装置灭火性能的实验方法及技术指标。选用市面上常见的产品进行相应的灭火实验,介绍了实验模型的建立、实验过程。实验结果表明采用食用油专用灭火剂并有水冷却功能的厨房设备灭火装置,灭火效率高且使用安全,值得大力推广使用。
According to relevant standards, the experimental methods and technical indexes of fire extinguishing performance of kitchen equipment are described. Select the common products on the market to carry out the corresponding fire experiment, introduced the establishment of the experimental model, the experimental process. The experimental results show that the fire extinguishing device of kitchen equipment which uses the special fire-extinguishing agent of edible oil and has the function of water cooling has the advantages of high fire-extinguishing efficiency and safe use, which is worth to be promoted greatly.
