本文以中国实验快堆的二回路主管道的钠闸阀为分析对象,利用FLUENT数值计算软件,结合辐射模型和湍流模型。分析在热工况220℃下钠闸阀的冷冻密封结构的温度场,得到的结果与现场的实测值进行比较,相对误差在10%以内。该计算方法为钠闸阀的优化设计提供参考,得到的结果示于图1、2。
In this paper, the sodium gate valve of the main circuit of the secondary circuit of China Experimental Fast Reactor is taken as the analysis object. The numerical calculation software of FLUENT is used to combine the radiation model and the turbulence model. The temperature field of the frozen gate structure of the sodium gate valve was analyzed under hot condition of 220 ℃. The result was compared with the measured value in the field. The relative error was less than 10%. The calculation method provides a reference for the optimal design of the sodium gate valve. The obtained results are shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.
