自21世纪初期以来,社会化媒体发展迅猛并成为推动产业延伸、行业拓展和社会升级的重要引擎。现有研究大多集中在应用实践类的具体案例分析,较少考虑理论述评性的研究内容讨论,其中针对社会化媒体、企业管理的整合框架的研究成果稍显单薄。利用SSCI数据库对国外社会化媒体有关文献进行检索,在厘清概念和梳理综述的基础上,讨论并构建出包含社会化媒体基本要素、企业管理运营模式、企业媒体运行效果3个因素及其相互关系的整合框架,对归纳出的5个研究主题分别进行理解后,找出其中的研究不足,并结合相应主题内容,给出在研究对象、方法、层面上的研究展望。
Since the early 21st century, social media has developed rapidly and has become an important engine for promoting industrial expansion, industry expansion and social upgrading. Most of the existing researches focus on the specific case analysis of applied practice class, and less on the theoretical discussion on the research content. The research results on the integration framework of social media and business management are rather weak. Using the SSCI database to search the literature about foreign social media, on the basis of clarifying the concept and combing the review, this paper discusses and constructs three factors including the basic elements of social media, the mode of operation and management of the enterprise, the operation effect of the enterprise media, and their interrelations , Then to understand the five research topics respectively and find out the inadequacy of the research. Combining with the corresponding topics, this article gives the research prospect on the research object, method and level.
