本文报道用电泳检测人血清中的碱性蛋白(SBP),正常人均为阴性;非癌患者有5.6%为假阳性;癌患中81.59%为阳性。其待异性达94.35%,灵敏度81.59%,诊断效率76.98%。我们认为,肿瘤碱性蛋白是人体恶性肿瘤的共同持异性抗原,在癌未显露前的早期就可在患者血清中呈现阳性。因此,检测SBP对早期发现和预测肿瘤,鉴别良、恶性肿瘤,监测癌患经治疗后有无复发或转移,对大批人群普查肿瘤时进行早期筛查等方面都有重要意义。本法是一种微量、快速,仪器设备简单,操作容易而经济,能检测各种恶性肿瘤的方法,适合在各级医院推广应用。
This paper reports that electrophoresis detection of basic protein (SBP) in human serum is negative in normal individuals; 5.6% of non-cancer patients are false positive; 81.59% of cancer patients are positive. The heterosexuality is 94.35%, the sensitivity is 81.59%, and the diagnostic efficiency is 76.98%. In our opinion, tumor basic protein is a common heterogenous antigen of human malignant tumors, and it can be positive in the patient’s serum in the early stage before the cancer is revealed. Therefore, the detection of SBP has important implications for the early detection and prediction of tumors, the identification of benign and malignant tumors, and the monitoring of cancer patients for recurrence or metastasis after treatment. This method is a micro, rapid, simple equipment, easy and economical operation, can detect a variety of malignant tumors, suitable for promotion and application at all levels of hospitals.
