OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect and outcome of standard anti-tuberculosis and antiviral treatment on patients with HIV / AIDS complicated with tuberculosis in early stage. Methods From January 2009 to December 2014, HIV testing and HIV / AIDS screening of tuberculosis patients were carried out in 19 HIV / AIDS patients. Twenty-nine HIV / AIDS-TB patients were examined for anti-TB, anti-virus Treatment and outcome of the outcome of the analysis. Chemotherapy regimen: Anti-tuberculosis program FDC-2HRZE / 4HR, anti-viral regimen AZT + 3TC + EFV. Results The detection rate of HIV antibody among tuberculosis patients from January 2009 to December 2014 was 92.07% (1 858/2 018). Among the 7 HIV positive cases, HIV positive was detected in 0.377% (7/1 858) ). In the same period, 186 cases of HIV / AIDS patients were tested for tuberculosis screening rate was 100% (186/186), tuberculosis was detected in 12 cases, tuberculosis detection rate was 6.452% (12/186). Twenty-six of the 19 HIV / AIDS-TB patients who were double-infected were treated with anti-tuberculosis and antiviral therapy after two-way screening. The tuberculosis condition turned stable and stable, with 2 deaths and 1 patient lost. Double The infection rate of infected patients was 84.211% (16/19), the case fatality rate was 10.526% (2/19), and the rate of missed follow-up was 5.263% (1/19). Conclusion Early screening and timely administration of anti-tuberculosis and antiviral therapy to HIV / AIDS patients with dual infection of tuberculosis can improve the success rate of treatment and reduce the risk of death, improve the survival rate and quality of life of patients, save the life of patients, It is the key to controlling and treating TB / HIV infection.
