独立学院学生党建工作普遍存在重规模、轻质量、重发展、轻培养的问题,部分学生入党动机不纯,不能有效发挥党员的先锋带头作用。笔者就现阶段独立学院学生党员质量保障方面存在的问题进行分析,从党员吸纳、党员教育、党员管理等方面对学生党员质量保障机制的构建展开论述,旨在为独立学院提升党员整体素质有所参考。 Independent party college students generally have the heavy work of party building, light quality, development and training of light problems, some motivated students to join the party, can not effectively play the leading role of party members. The author analyzes the existing problems in the quality assurance of student party members in independent colleges at the present stage and discusses the construction of the student party members’ quality assurance mechanism from the aspects of party members recruitment, party members education and party members management, and aims at improving the overall quality of party members in independent colleges reference.
