香菇蜜线是以香菇柄为主要原料制作而成,口感软润,酸甜可口,无纤维感,呈浅褐色。其生产不仅增添了一种零食佳品,而且为香菇的深度加工和综合利用开辟了一条新途径,现简介如下:(一)选料浸泡:选择无褐变、霉变,有香菇香味,大小适中的菇柄,将菇柄在水中浸泡4~6小时,以达到纤维初步软化和去除异味的目的。
